The new partnership gives First Distribution rights to distribute ExtraHop’s range of network detection and response (NDR) solutions in South Africa and throughout sub-Saharan Africa, helping its customers to unify security controls across hybrid cloud, multi-cloud and IOT environments. ExtraHop delivers cloud-native network detection and response to secure the hybrid enterprise. Their approach applies advanced machine learning to all cloud and network traffic to provide complete visibility, real-time threat detection and intelligent response. Some of the world's leading enterprises use ExtraHop solutions to gain the perspective they need to rise above the noise to detect threats, ensure the availability of critical applications and secure their investment in the cloud. “ExtraHop products allow customers to rise above the noise caused by hybrid cloud and multi-cloud,” says First Distribution Executive Director Tony Abrahall. “With its cloud-native network detection and response, it helps organisations to build their security the way they’re building their business: cloud-first.” “With the continued growth of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments, the ability to secure all their assets becomes more important than ever. ExtraHop solutions offer complete visibility, real-time detection and intelligent response. “We are excited about our partnership with ExtraHop and look forward to jointly growing our business together across the continent,” Abrahall adds. “We are excited to begin our partnership with First Distribution and increasing our presence across the region," says Olly Carter, Channel Sales Director EMEA. “First Distribution is uniquely qualified to enable us to build a network of professional resellers and integrators that support the sales growth of ExtraHop’s range of solutions for organisations, including distributed enterprises and those requiring support for data centre infrastructure, the cloud or robust managed services.” ### Leave a Comment ## Related Articles [![](https://hubspot.obscuretech.net/hubfs/HM103888.jpg)](https://hubspot.obscuretech.net/blog/obscure-technologies-named-a-tenable-distributor-in-26-countries-in-africa) [Obscure Technologies](https://hubspot.obscuretech.net/blog/tag/obscure-technologies) [Tenable](https://hubspot.obscuretech.net/blog/tag/tenable) ### [Obscure Technologies named a Tenable distributor in 26 countries in Africa.](https://hubspot.obscuretech.net/blog/obscure-technologies-named-a-tenable-distributor-in-26-countries-in-africa) Cyber security specialist [Obscure Technologies](https://www.obscuretech.net/) has been appointed distributor for [Tenable](https://www.obscuretech.net/tenable), the Cyber Exposure company.
